Often times when individuals seek therapy, they are in some of the hardest seasons of life. I strive to offer an environment and experience filled with acceptance and empathy to help you work through those challenges. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to help process big feelings and hardships they may be experiencing. I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents who are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, family conflict, and other difficulties that are keeping them from living their best life.
