Welcome! I am a seasoned mental health professional with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's toughest challenges. Specializing in mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, OCD, I am passionate about supporting clients through periods of uncertainty and emotional pain. I also work with individuals struggling with disordered eating, such as binge eating, bulimia and obesity. Please note that due to the virtual nature of my practice, I no longer work with severe or high-risk eating disorders.
