Do you feel like you or your child will never be the same again? Do you wonder if the trauma you have experienced is impacting your parenting? Many of my clients feel this way and are relieved to learn that there is hope for healing. My name is Lauren and I can help. Although I have advanced training in play therapy with children, I also work with teens and adults. I can help your child or teen with trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I have a passion for working with parents to build parenting skills and increase healthy communication with their child/teen. I also assist adults with trauma and life transitions.
