I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed by emotions, relationships, or major life changes. Many of my clients are navigating school pressures, behavior patterns that feel hard to break, or the effects of trauma or past instability. I offer a steady, down-to-earth space where clients can understand themselves more clearly and feel supported as they make meaningful changes. My goal is to help each person feel grounded, capable, and confident moving forward. I also support clients navigating identity development, family stress, relationships, phobias, and substance abuse. I work most often with teens and young adults who need a patient, relatable therapist they can trust.
