Hi! I’m Nicole, an independently licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts. I have 16 years of mental health experience and have worked with individuals across the lifespan. I enjoy working with individuals in their teen years and upward. Therapy is not a linear process, there are peaks and valleys. Each individual‘s needs are different and tailored as such in sessions. Therapy approaches include CBT, EMDR and a strength based approach. I aim to offer a comfortable and safe space to talk about and move forward in healing from the difficult things that may lead an individual to therapy. I look forward to speaking with you!
