My passion is helping individuals experiencing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, being stuck, unsure of life right now, or trying to make sense of their past. They might be trying to navigate their own experiences and the pressure to meet expectations placed on them by outside forces. Often, people feel misunderstood or disconnected from others or from their own sense of self. The goal is never perfection, but peace and balance in all aspects of life. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about helping them reconnect with who they truly are beneath stress, expectations, and life’s challenges.
