Many of the people I work with feel stuck—whether in painful patterns from the past, ongoing relationship struggles, or the weight of anxiety and stress. They may look like they “have it all together” on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, unseen, or uncertain inside. They are ready to explore not just surface struggles but the deeper roots behind them. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients are treated with respect, compassion, and honesty. For those who desire it, I integrate faith and spirituality, while also helping them understand how their unique temperament shapes the way they connect, respond, and grow.
