As a therapist, I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing life transitions (young adulthood, changes in relationship status) and utilize an integrated approach valuing the unification of body, mind and spirit. I enjoy working from a foundation of connection, with a focus on the healing properties of the therapeutic relationship. I am trained in Brainspotting and also use relaxation / visualization exercises to assist my clients in experiencing grounding during our sessions. My goal is to partner with my clients to assist them in working toward creating a meaningful life. I am "strength based" in my practice, assisting clients in overcoming life's hurdles (such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship struggles) by assisting my clients in identifying his / her / their talents, strengths, life purpose and potential.
