I help new or expecting moms who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to care for themselves while caring for others. They may be navigating identity shifts, burnout, or recovering from birth. My clients want to feel grounded, strong, and like themselves again. I support them with practical tools, body-based strategies, and nervous system regulation to rebuild daily routines, restore core and pelvic health, and reconnect with their changing roles and identities.
