Hello! I’m Sierra Trudel, PhD, a licensed professional counselor, certified school psychologist, and certified yoga teacher based in Connecticut. I use a variety of therapeutic and mind-body health techniques to provide clients with holistic care. I believe in using strengths-based approaches to tackle life’s challenges and firmly believe that relationships are the foundation of impactful care. Relationships include those with the self, others, the community, and our environments.
