At THS, I work with adults who are carrying the emotional and physical weight of unresolved trauma. If you’ve been feeling stuck, shut down, or overwhelmed, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep pushing through. I’m trained in EMDR and bring a strong understanding of how trauma affects the nervous system and the body. Our work doesn’t just focus on what happened—it focuses on how those experiences are still living in your system. Together, we’ll use EMDR, resourcing, and mind-body strategies to reduce emotional reactivity, restore a sense of safety, and support real, lasting relief. Home I Can Help?
